Rental
Law means to assume
the obligations arising from the contract between the landlord and the tenant
of the property in a certain order.Tenants can use the property for a certain
period of time and must pay a fee on a regular basis during this use.The rules
regarding the rental process are determined during the formation of the rental
agreement and the agreement is created according to the desired features. If the
rent is not paid to the landlord or there are non-contractual behaviors and actions,
the tenant has the right to demand relocation.
In case the
rent that the user is obliged to pay is not collected, the lawsuits filed as a
result of the property owner's request for enforcement are known as eviction
lawsuits. The existence of lease agreements is of great importance in order to
protect the rights of both parties and not to be victimized.
Although the tenant's eviction
usually occurs when the previously signed contractual obligations are not
fulfilled, it is possible to evict the tenant due to other reasons. One of these
situations is that the owner or any person she is responsible for has a housing
or business need.Another situation is the maintenance, development or change of
the building due to zoning reasons.
