Criminal Law

Criminal law determines which human behaviors that constitute injustice should be defined as crimes, under which conditions these behaviors constitute crimes and what kind of sanctions should be applied in the execution of these crimes. The main task of the state is to establish a legal border and to create an environment for the correct sustainability of these borders. The state fulfills this responsibility through the laws it regulates. All legal laws aim at regulating relations between people and thus ensuring peaceful coexistence in society. The aim of criminal law, like all other areas of law, contributes to peaceful life in meeting the need for peace in society by its own means.

Criminal law requires more state intervention than any other legal body. The reason for this is that the sanctions provided in the fields of criminal law can be applied by state persons in a more realistic and objective way.Without the rules of criminal law, the state cannot effectively fulfill its obligation to maintain social life in peace.

Criminal Law has basic principles that prepare the environment for a more deterrent against injustices and the regulations are implemented in line with these rules.Among these principles are the binding principle of the criminal law, the principle of the individuality of criminal obligations, the principle of the rule of law and the principle of legality.
