Corporate law is the field of law that includes all legal regulations related to trade. These laws, which regulate commercial relations between individuals, have been united under the name of Corporate Laws.

On the other hand, company law is a branch of law in the field of commercial law and includes subjects such as the establishment, merger, division, transfer and liquidation of corporate law companies.

In this context, it covers all transactions, including company establishment, mergers and acquisitions, of each of the domestic and foreign companies investors and individuals.

This area of law is important for regulating activities in the economic sector and is responsible for governing all legal processes associated with a company or company in compliance with the law. Due to commercial law, this sector has taken its place in our legal system with the aim of enabling a more stable economic and commercial environment in Turkey and increasing the number of investments in the country. This area deals with joint establishment, capital structure, businesses and agents, dissolution and liquidation of business partnerships.

Corporate Law is evaluated by dividing it into five groups as law of commercial enterprise, insurance law, transportation law, valuable papers law, and maritime trade law.
